Our Story: Faith, Family, and Way Too Much Coffee

Most businesses start in a boardroom; ours started with a simple question from a stranger in a grocery store: "Where did you get that shirt?"

We are Kevin and Katie—a married Christian couple from North Texas who decided that "hobby" wasn't a big enough word for what God was doing in our living room. Katie has always been the hands-on artist (the one who can actually make things look pretty), and Kevin is the digital arts guy (the one who spends too much time staring at pixels).

Together, we’re a "power couple" in the sense that we constantly fill in the gaps for each other. While Kevin is obsessed with the theology and the digital "vibe," Katie is the floor manager, ensuring every single shirt that leaves our home is high-quality, reliable, and built to last.

Why We Do This

We realized two things very quickly:

1. It’s surprisingly hard to find high-quality, reliable Christian apparel that doesn't feel like a "cookie-cutter" design or is unreasonably overpriced. 

2. A t-shirt is one of the most effective icebreakers on the planet.

We’ve had more conversations about Jesus while standing in line for coffee than we ever thought possible, all because of a design that sparked a question. To us, evangelism isn't just a Sunday morning activity; it’s a way of life. We take the images that pop into our heads while reading Scripture and turn them into conversation starters you can actually wear.

The Mission (and the "Mini" Mission)

Our dream is to be a friendly face at the local Texas vendor markets, a supporter of our local schools, and a partner for churches. While we’d love to see Gospel Craft Co. boxes landing on porches all across the U.S., our "Success Metric" is actually much smaller: If we sell one shirt, and that shirt plants one seed in one life, we’ve won.

On a personal note, this business is also about our future. We are working toward growing our family, and our goal is to build a life where Katie can be home to raise our kids while still pursuing her passion for creating. Every order you place is a direct investment in that dream.

With Kevin’s background in Environmental Health & Safety and Katie’s professional history in warehouse management and financing, we don’t do "flimsy." We use high-quality DTF and vinyl methods because we believe the message of the Gospel deserves to be printed on something that won't peel off after three washes.
