Sometimes spiritual growth looks like taking a breath before answering your spouse.
Galatians 5:16–25 calls us to walk by the Spirit. His fruit includes love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Those qualities matter when the order goes wrong, the dishes pile up, or someone pushes the exact button we wish they wouldn’t.
We need the Spirit’s help, daily obedience, and the humility to repent when we fall short.
What would patience or gentleness look like in one real situation today?
