Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Gospel Craft Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligible Returns
Eligible, non-custom physical merchandise may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- In its original condition
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, or other signs of use
- Returned with its original packaging, tags, parts, and accessories, when applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
All returns must be approved by Gospel Craft Co. before being mailed or delivered to us. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Final-Sale Items
The following purchases are final sale and are not eligible for a standard return, exchange, or refund:
- Digital products, downloadable files, and digitally delivered content
- AI-generated personal music and audio products
- Food, sourdough bread, baked goods, and other perishable products
- Personalized, customized, engraved, printed, or made-to-order products
- DTF transfers, vinyl transfers, puff vinyl transfers, gang sheets, and other products created from customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork
- Gift cards
- Sale, clearance, promotional, or final-sale merchandise
Final-sale restrictions do not apply when Gospel Craft Co. confirms that an item has a quality defect, was damaged upon delivery, or was produced incorrectly due to our error.
Digital Products and Personalized Music
Digital products cannot be physically returned. Digital purchases are final once production has started.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all submitted information, including:
- Names
- Dates
- Wording
- Pronunciations
- Style selections
- Email addresses
- Personal details
- Creative instructions
Once production begins, digital orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.
When a delivered digital product has a technical file problem caused by Gospel Craft Co., contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery. After confirming the issue, the customer may choose an appropriate correction, replacement, store credit, or refund.
Personal preference, device incompatibility, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with customer-approved creative details are not considered product defects.
Food and Baked Goods
For health and safety reasons, food, sourdough bread, baked goods, and other perishable products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please inspect food purchases at pickup or immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery when an order:
- Is incorrect
- Arrives damaged
- Is missing an item
- Has a confirmed quality defect caused by Gospel Craft Co.
The request must include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any applicable delivery or shipping label.
Food-related refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Taste preferences
- Natural variations in handmade products
- Failure to follow storage or handling instructions
- Products left unclaimed or unattended
- Spoilage or damage occurring after pickup or delivery
- Incorrect information supplied by the customer
When Gospel Craft Co. confirms that an error or qualifying defect occurred, the customer may choose a replacement, correction when available, store credit, or refund.
Personalized and Custom Products
Personalized, customized, engraved, printed, or made-to-order products are final sale unless Gospel Craft Co. confirms a quality defect or production error.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all submitted and approved information, including:
- Names and spelling
- Dates and wording
- Garment and product sizes
- Colors
- Artwork
- Placement
- Quantities
- Personalization instructions
- Digital proofs
Gospel Craft Co. is not responsible for errors contained in information, artwork, or instructions supplied or approved by the customer.
Minor differences in color, placement, print appearance, wood grain, texture, size, or handmade construction may occur. These natural or production-related variations are not necessarily defects.
DTF, Vinyl, and Other Transfers
DTF transfers, vinyl transfers, puff vinyl transfers, gang sheets, and other transfers created from customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork are final sale unless the product has a confirmed quality defect caused by Gospel Craft Co.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork is:
- Accurate
- Properly sized
- High quality
- Ready for production
- Legally authorized for use
- Free of unwanted backgrounds or design elements
Gospel Craft Co. is not responsible for application failures or product damage caused by:
- Incorrect temperature, pressure, or pressing time
- Improper equipment or application techniques
- Incorrect garment or fabric selection
- Failure to follow pressing or care instructions
- Scorching, discoloration, peeling, cracking, or stretching after application
- Improper laundering, storage, or handling
A transfer must remain unused and unapplied for us to evaluate a possible production defect, unless the defect could not reasonably have been discovered before application.
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after pickup or delivery.
Contact Gospel Craft Co. within 5 calendar days of delivery when an item:
- Arrives damaged
- Has a suspected production or quality defect
- Is materially different from the approved order
- Is missing from the order
- Was produced in the wrong size, color, design, or quantity due to our error
Your request must include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the packaging
- A clear photograph of the shipping or delivery label, when applicable
Do not discard, wash, wear, alter, press, apply, consume, or otherwise use the affected item until we have reviewed your request.
When Gospel Craft Co. confirms that an item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect because of our error, the customer may choose:
- A replacement
- A correction, when available
- Store credit
- A refund to the original payment method
The original item may need to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs associated with an approved standard return.
Gospel Craft Co. will pay or reimburse reasonable return-shipping costs when we confirm that the return is required because of our error.
Customers should use a trackable shipping service and retain their tracking information. Gospel Craft Co. is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or misdirected during transit.

Mailing an item to this address without prior approval does not guarantee that the return will be accepted.
Shipping and Delivery Charges
Original shipping and delivery charges are nonrefundable unless:
- The entire order was incorrect due to an error by Gospel Craft Co.; or
- Gospel Craft Co. was unable to fulfill the order.
Expedited service charges and other services already completed are also nonrefundable unless required by law or otherwise approved by Gospel Craft Co.
Refunds, Store Credit, and Exchanges
For an approved return of eligible merchandise, the customer may choose:
- A refund to the original payment method
- Gospel Craft Co. store credit
- An exchange for another eligible product
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers may be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping or delivery costs.
Returned merchandise will be inspected before a refund, store credit, or exchange is approved.
Returns may be denied when an item:
- Shows signs of wear, washing, use, or alteration
- Is damaged after delivery
- Is incomplete
- Is missing its original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Is returned outside the 14-day return period
- Was mailed or delivered without prior approval
- Is otherwise ineligible under this policy
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders for physical products cannot be canceled after they have been submitted.
Customers should carefully review their order, shipping or delivery information, product selections, sizing, artwork, and personalization details before completing checkout.
Digital products and personalized music orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Gospel Craft Co. may cancel and refund an order that we are unable to produce or fulfill.
Incorrect Addresses, Refused Deliveries, and Unclaimed Orders
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address.
Shipping and delivery charges will not be refunded when an order is returned or cannot be delivered because:
- The customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address
- The customer refused delivery
- The package was not claimed
- The customer was unavailable for an agreed delivery
- The customer failed to pick up the order
Additional charges may apply when the customer asks us to ship or deliver the order again.
Perishable food products that are not picked up or received at the agreed time are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
How to Request a Return or Report a Problem
To request a return or report an order problem, email:

- Product involved
- Reason for the request
- Preferred resolution
- Required photographs
Please do not mail or deliver a return until Gospel Craft Co. has approved the request and provided return instructions.
Policy Enforcement
Gospel Craft Co. reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, corrections, or replacements that do not meet this policy or that involve suspected misuse, fraud, unauthorized reproduction, or abuse of our return process.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
