Shipping, Local Delivery, and Pickup Policy

This Shipping, Local Delivery, and Pickup Policy explains how Gospel Craft Co. processes and delivers orders placed through gospelcraftco.com.

By placing an order, you agree to this policy, our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy, and our Terms of Service.

Production and Processing Times

Most Gospel Craft Co. products are printed, engraved, personalized, baked, or otherwise made to order.

Our typical production time is approximately two weeks before an order is ready to ship, deliver, or pick up.

Production time is separate from shipping-transit time. The two-week production estimate does not include the amount of time required for a shipping carrier to deliver the package.

Production may take longer depending on:

  • The type of product ordered

  • The quantity ordered

  • Personalization requirements

  • Artwork preparation

  • Proof approval

  • Material availability

  • Current order volume

  • Equipment availability

  • Holidays, emergencies, or severe weather

Production cannot begin when required artwork, personalization information, payment, or proof approval is missing.

All production, shipping, pickup, and delivery dates are estimates unless Gospel Craft Co. has expressly confirmed a deadline in writing.

Business Days

Unless otherwise stated, processing and shipping estimates are calculated using business days.

Business days generally do not include:

  • Saturdays

  • Sundays

  • Federal holidays

  • Days when Gospel Craft Co. is closed

  • Days when shipping carriers are not operating

Orders placed outside normal business hours may be treated as received on the next business day.

United States Shipping Only

Gospel Craft Co. currently ships eligible physical products only to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship internationally or to addresses outside the United States.

Available shipping options depend on the customer’s delivery address, the type of product ordered, and carrier availability.

Some addresses, including certain territories, military addresses, or remote locations, may not qualify for every shipping method.

Gospel Craft Co. may decline or cancel an order when we cannot safely, legally, or reasonably ship it to the address provided. If we cancel an order because we cannot fulfill or deliver it, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

Products That Cannot Be Shipped

Some products cannot be shipped because of their perishability, delivery requirements, size, material, or applicable restrictions.

Food, sourdough bread, baked goods, and other perishable products are available only through approved local pickup or local delivery.

Food and baked goods cannot be shipped through standard parcel carriers.

Customers purchasing food products must select an available local pickup or delivery option during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout.

Shipping rates may be based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Product type

  • Order value

  • Selected delivery speed

  • Shipping carrier

  • Number of packages required

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping method and cost before completing checkout.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless:

  • The entire order was incorrect because of an error by Gospel Craft Co.; or

  • Gospel Craft Co. was unable to fulfill the order.

Free-shipping offers, when available, apply only under the conditions stated with the applicable offer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping-transit time begins after production is complete and the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

For example, an order with an estimated two-week production time will not begin its shipping-transit period until production is completed.

Delivery dates provided by Gospel Craft Co. or a shipping carrier are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Carrier delays may occur because of:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Holiday volume

  • Carrier staffing shortages

  • Government actions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Local emergencies

  • Package inspections

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

A carrier delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Time-Sensitive Orders

Customers should contact Gospel Craft Co. before ordering products needed for a specific:

  • Event

  • Birthday

  • Holiday

  • Ministry function

  • Business promotion

  • School activity

  • Family gathering

  • Other deadline

Placing an order without written confirmation from Gospel Craft Co. does not guarantee delivery by the customer’s requested date.

Selecting expedited shipping shortens the carrier’s estimated transit time only. It does not necessarily shorten our typical two-week production period, artwork preparation, proof approval, personalization, printing, engraving, or baking time.

Gospel Craft Co. is not responsible for a missed event or deadline unless we expressly guaranteed the completion or delivery date in writing.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address or telephone number associated with the order.

Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

The creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean that the package has already been received or scanned by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive their packages.

Customer Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate:

  • Recipient names

  • Street addresses

  • Apartment, suite, building, or unit numbers

  • Cities

  • States

  • ZIP codes

  • Email addresses

  • Telephone numbers

Customers should review all shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Gospel Craft Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, returned packages, or additional charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.

Address Changes

Contact us immediately at info@gospelcraftco.com when an address correction is needed.

We will make a reasonable effort to update the address when possible, but address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, the customer may need to contact the carrier directly.

Carrier address-correction, forwarding, or package-intercept fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the original address error was caused by Gospel Craft Co.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

A package may be returned to Gospel Craft Co. because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • An unclaimed package

  • Refused delivery

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • An expired forwarding request

  • An inaccessible delivery location

  • Another issue outside our control

When a package is returned because of customer-provided information or the customer’s failure to receive it, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping, carrier, or delivery charges required to send the order again.

Personalized, custom, final-sale, and food purchases will not be refunded solely because they were refused, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable.

Packages Marked Delivered

When carrier tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should:

  1. Confirm that the shipping address on the order is correct.

  2. Check around the delivery location, including porches, mailboxes, garages, parcel lockers, side doors, and protected areas.

  3. Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or property managers whether they accepted the package.

  4. Allow a reasonable amount of time in case the carrier marked the package delivered prematurely.

  5. Contact the shipping carrier for available delivery information.

After completing these steps, contact Gospel Craft Co. at info@gospelcraftco.com with your order number and tracking information.

Gospel Craft Co. will provide reasonable assistance with an available carrier inquiry or claim. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement when the carrier confirms that the package was properly delivered to the address supplied by the customer.

Suspected package theft should be reported to the shipping carrier and, when appropriate, local law enforcement.

Lost Packages

A package is not considered lost solely because tracking has not recently updated.

When tracking appears stalled or the package has exceeded the carrier’s expected delivery period, contact us at info@gospelcraftco.com.

Customers may be required to confirm their address and cooperate with a carrier investigation or claim.

When the carrier confirms that a package was lost before delivery, the customer may choose an available:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

Custom or one-of-a-kind products may require an additional production period before a replacement can be shipped.

Damaged Shipments

Customers must inspect their orders promptly after delivery.

Shipping damage must be reported to Gospel Craft Co. within five calendar days of delivery.

Email info@gospelcraftco.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

  • Clear photographs of the exterior packaging

  • Clear photographs of the interior packaging

  • A clear photograph of the shipping label

Customers must retain the product and all packaging while the claim is reviewed. A shipping carrier may require additional photographs, inspection, or return of the package.

Do not discard, wash, wear, alter, press, apply, consume, or otherwise use the damaged item before receiving instructions from Gospel Craft Co.

When damage or a quality defect caused by Gospel Craft Co. is confirmed, the customer may choose an available:

  • Replacement

  • Correction

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

Missing or Incorrect Items

Missing or incorrect products must be reported within five calendar days of delivery.

Contact info@gospelcraftco.com and include your order number and clear photographs of:

  • The products received

  • The packing materials

  • The shipping package

  • The shipping label

When Gospel Craft Co. confirms that an item was omitted or sent incorrectly because of our error, the customer may choose an available replacement, correction, store credit, or refund.

If the entire order was incorrect because of our error, the original shipping charge may also be refunded.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in more than one package because of:

  • Product availability

  • Production requirements

  • Package dimensions

  • Package weight

  • Fulfillment requirements

Separate packages may arrive on different dates and may have different tracking numbers.

Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that the entire order has been delivered. Customers should review all tracking information before reporting an item as missing.

Combining Separate Orders

Separate orders are not automatically combined.

Customers who submit multiple orders may be charged shipping for each order. Gospel Craft Co. does not guarantee that separate shipping charges can be refunded or adjusted, even when the orders are ultimately shipped together.

Packaging

Gospel Craft Co. selects packaging based on the product’s size, weight, material, and protection requirements.

We may reuse clean and suitable packaging materials when appropriate.

Customers should open packages carefully. Gospel Craft Co. is not responsible for damage caused by scissors, knives, box cutters, or other tools used while opening a package.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for eligible products at:

Customers must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup.

An order confirmation does not mean that the order is ready.

Pickup times and instructions will be communicated when the order is completed. Customers should bring their order confirmation or order number.

Customers authorizing another person to collect an order should notify Gospel Craft Co. in advance.

Two-Day Hold for Nonperishable Pickup Orders

Completed nonperishable pickup orders will be held for two calendar days after the customer is notified that the order is ready.

Customers must collect their order within this two-day period or contact Gospel Craft Co. to request other arrangements.

Storage beyond the two-day period is not guaranteed.

Personalized, custom, made-to-order, and final-sale products are not eligible for a refund solely because the customer failed to collect them within the pickup period.

Gospel Craft Co. may require a new pickup appointment before an unclaimed order can be collected.

Perishable Pickup Orders

Food, sourdough bread, baked goods, and other perishable products must be collected at the agreed pickup time.

The two-day nonperishable hold period does not apply to food or other perishable products.

Perishable products that are not collected at the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available only to qualifying addresses within Gospel Craft Co.’s configured delivery area.

Delivery eligibility, available options, and applicable fees will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • An accurate delivery address

  • A working telephone number

  • Gate, building, or access instructions

  • A safe and accessible delivery location

  • Any other information needed to complete delivery

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific appointment has been confirmed.

Additional fees may apply when delivery must be rescheduled because:

  • The customer was unavailable

  • The address was inaccessible

  • The delivery information was incorrect

  • Required access instructions were not provided

Contactless Delivery

When contactless delivery is requested or permitted, the order may be left at the customer’s designated delivery location.

The customer accepts responsibility for the order after it has been delivered to that location.

Gospel Craft Co. is not responsible for theft, weather exposure, animal damage, heat damage, or deterioration occurring after a properly completed contactless delivery.

Food products should be collected immediately and stored according to the provided instructions.

Food and Baked Goods

Food products are perishable and available only through approved local pickup or local delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Being available at the agreed pickup or delivery time

  • Providing accurate contact and delivery information

  • Promptly collecting delivered food

  • Following storage and handling instructions

  • Providing a safe and suitable delivery location

Food products that cannot be delivered or collected because of incorrect customer information, customer unavailability, or an inaccessible location are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Digital Products

Digital products, downloadable files, and personalized digital music are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to the email account used at checkout.

Shipping charges should not apply to digital-only orders. When an order includes physical and digital products, shipping charges apply only to the physical products.

Digital-product delivery and cancellation terms are governed by our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.

Return Shipping

Do not mail or deliver a return to Gospel Craft Co. without receiving prior approval.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

For an approved standard return, the customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs.

Gospel Craft Co. will pay or reimburse reasonable return-shipping costs only when we confirm that the return is necessary because Gospel Craft Co.:

  • Sent the wrong product

  • Made a production error

  • Supplied a damaged or defective item

  • Was otherwise responsible for the qualifying problem

Customers should use a trackable shipping service and retain their tracking information. Gospel Craft Co. is not responsible for approved returns that are lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected while being shipped back.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products or addresses may not qualify for every shipping method.

Gospel Craft Co. may restrict shipping based on:

  • Product type

  • Package size or weight

  • Carrier limitations

  • Delivery destination

  • Food-safety requirements

  • Legal restrictions

  • Risk of damage

  • Available fulfillment methods

Only shipping, local delivery, or pickup methods offered at checkout are available for the applicable order and address.

Shipping Insurance and Signature Confirmation

Gospel Craft Co. may purchase shipping insurance or require signature confirmation based on an order’s value, product type, destination, or risk of loss.

When signature confirmation is required, the customer is responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available to receive the package.

Failure to sign for or collect a package does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.

Circumstances Outside Our Control

Gospel Craft Co. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier interruptions

  • Power or internet outages

  • Supply shortages

  • Equipment failure

  • Government actions

  • Emergencies

  • Other unexpected disruptions

When fulfillment becomes impossible, Gospel Craft Co. may cancel the affected product or order and refund the applicable amount paid.

Policy Changes

Gospel Craft Co. may update this policy to reflect changes in our products, carriers, delivery methods, production times, service areas, or operations.

The policy posted when an order is placed will generally apply to that order unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
