1. Overview
This website is operated by Gospel Craft Co. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Gospel Craft Co.,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Gospel Craft Co.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of gospelcraftco.com, including all information, features, products, custom services, digital products, food products, and other services available through the website.

- Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
- Privacy Policy
- Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Any product-specific terms displayed on a product page
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use the website or purchase our products or services.
2. Eligibility to Use the Website
By using this website, you represent that:
- You are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence; or
- You have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian; and
- You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3. General Store Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service, decline an order, limit quantities, restrict access, or cancel a transaction when reasonably necessary, including when we suspect:
- Fraudulent activity
- Unauthorized payment use
- Intellectual-property infringement
- Resale or misuse of our products
- Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior
- Submission of unlawful or prohibited content
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- A pricing, inventory, technical, or product-listing error
Any refusal or cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our published policies.
Headings in these Terms are provided for convenience and do not limit or otherwise affect the meaning of any provision.
4. Faith-Based Brand and Content Standards
Gospel Craft Co. is a faith-based business. We reserve the right to decline custom orders, artwork, wording, audio requests, or other content that we reasonably determine is:
- Unlawful
- Threatening or harassing
- Hateful or discriminatory
- Sexually explicit or obscene
- Defamatory
- Violent or intended to promote harm
- Infringing upon another person’s rights
- Deceptive or fraudulent
- Inconsistent with our stated faith-based brand standards
Declining one request does not obligate Gospel Craft Co. to review or decline every similar request.
5. Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, prices, ingredients, availability, and other information.
However, we do not guarantee that all website information will always be complete, current, or error-free. Website displays can vary depending on a customer’s screen, device, lighting, browser, and settings.
We may correct errors, update information, modify product descriptions, or cancel affected orders when information is inaccurate. When an order is canceled because of our error, we will refund the applicable amount paid.
6. Products and Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online, in limited quantities, or only within specified delivery or pickup areas.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit sales by person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction
- Limit quantities
- Discontinue products or services
- Change product specifications
- Change pricing
- Modify available options
- Decline orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled
Any offer for a product or service is void where prohibited by law.
7. Handmade and Customized Product Variations
Many Gospel Craft Co. products are handmade, customized, engraved, printed, baked, or produced in small batches.
Minor variations may occur in:
- Color
- Placement
- Alignment
- Texture
- Wood grain
- Engraving depth
- Print appearance
- Garment construction
- Product dimensions
- Baked-product shape, color, scoring, or appearance
Reasonable variations that do not materially affect the product’s use are not necessarily defects.
8. Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, delivery, and contact information.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for:
- Products and services
- Shipping or delivery charges
- Applicable taxes
- Approved additional charges
- Other amounts disclosed before purchase
Prices may change without notice before an order is submitted. A price change will not affect an accepted order unless the original price resulted from an obvious error.
You are responsible for any taxes, customs charges, duties, or other government assessments applicable to your transaction unless they are collected at checkout.
9. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
An order is accepted when Gospel Craft Co. confirms the order or begins fulfillment, design work, production, preparation, or delivery.
We may contact you to verify:
- Order details
- Personalization
- Artwork
- Delivery eligibility
- Payment information
- Proof approval
- Other information necessary to complete the order
Failure to provide requested information may delay or prevent fulfillment.
10. Order Cancellations and Changes
Orders for physical products cannot be canceled after they have been submitted.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections, quantities, sizes, colors, addresses, artwork, spelling, and personalization before completing checkout.
Digital products and personalized music orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Requests to change an order are not guaranteed. Changes may be declined when materials have been ordered, design work has begun, artwork has been prepared, a proof has been approved, production has started, or food preparation has begun.
Gospel Craft Co. may cancel and refund an order that we cannot fulfill.
11. Custom and Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate personalization instructions.
This includes reviewing:
- Names
- Spelling
- Dates
- Numbers
- Sizes
- Colors
- Quantities
- Artwork
- Placement
- Pronunciations
- Song details
- Wording
- Contact information
- Delivery information
We are not responsible for errors contained in information, files, or instructions supplied or approved by the customer.
Once custom production begins, changes may not be possible.
12. Proofs and Customer Approval
When Gospel Craft Co. provides a digital or physical proof, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing it.
Approval confirms that the customer accepts the proof’s:
- Spelling
- Wording
- Layout
- Design
- Colors
- Placement
- Personalization
- General appearance
Production may begin after approval.
Customer-approved errors are not considered production defects. Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee and may delay fulfillment.
A proof is a production preview and may not perfectly represent exact screen-to-print color, texture, placement, material variation, or finished-product appearance.
13. Customer-Submitted Artwork and Materials
When you submit artwork, photographs, logos, names, recordings, lyrics, wording, designs, trademarks, or other materials, you represent that:
- You created the material; or
- You own the necessary rights; or
- You have obtained permission to use and reproduce it.
You may not ask Gospel Craft Co. to reproduce material that violates another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
You grant Gospel Craft Co. a limited, nonexclusive license to copy, modify as instructed, resize, format, print, engrave, record, process, and otherwise use submitted material solely as reasonably necessary to:
- Review your request
- Prepare proofs
- Produce your order
- Deliver your order
- Provide customer support
- Maintain legally required transaction records
Submitting material does not give Gospel Craft Co. permission to use personal photographs, names, recordings, or custom content for unrelated public advertising without additional permission.
You agree to be responsible for claims arising from material you submitted without the required authorization.
14. Design Files and Gospel Craft Co. Intellectual Property
Unless a product listing or written agreement expressly states otherwise, purchasing a custom product purchases the finished product—not ownership of:
- Editable design files
- Production files
- Templates
- Mockups
- Working files
- Fonts
- Methods
- Software settings
- Brand assets
- Unused concepts
- Underlying artwork owned or created by Gospel Craft Co.
Gospel Craft Co. retains its rights in its original logos, branding, photographs, website content, graphics, templates, designs, product descriptions, layouts, promotional materials, and other intellectual property.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Gospel Craft Co. content without written permission.
15. DTF, Vinyl, and Other Transfers
Customers purchasing DTF, vinyl, puff vinyl, gang sheets, or similar transfers are responsible for:
- Selecting the correct size
- Confirming artwork quality
- Providing adequate image resolution
- Removing unwanted backgrounds
- Selecting compatible garments or materials
- Using suitable equipment
- Following pressing, application, and care instructions
- Testing settings when appropriate
Transfer results can be affected by temperature, pressure, pressing time, fabric composition, coatings, equipment accuracy, laundering, storage, and application technique.
Gospel Craft Co. is not responsible for scorching, discoloration, peeling, cracking, stretching, adhesive failure, garment damage, or application failure caused by customer equipment, materials, settings, handling, or failure to follow instructions.
Transfer purchases are final sale unless there is a confirmed quality or production defect caused by Gospel Craft Co.
16. Digital Products and Files
Digital products are provided in the file format identified on the product page or order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for confirming that they have compatible:
- Devices
- Software
- Storage
- Internet access
- File-opening capabilities
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product grants the customer a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the product for its intended purpose. The purchase does not transfer ownership of Gospel Craft Co.’s underlying intellectual property.
Customers may not:
- Resell digital files
- Share files for unauthorized commercial use
- Upload files to resale platforms
- Claim Gospel Craft Co.’s original work as their own
- Distribute editable or production files
- Use digital products in violation of a product-specific license
Digital products are final sale. Cancellation becomes unavailable once production starts.
17. AI-Generated Personalized Music and Audio
Some personalized music or audio products may be created with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools, human direction, customer-provided information, editing, arrangement, or other production processes.
Because laws and platform rules concerning AI-generated content continue to develop, Gospel Craft Co. does not guarantee that any AI-generated or AI-assisted work:
- Qualifies for copyright protection
- Can be registered with the U.S. Copyright Office
- Is eligible for royalty collection
- Is completely unique
- Is exclusive to one customer
- Will be accepted by any streaming, social-media, licensing, distribution, or monetization platform
- Is suitable for a particular commercial purpose
Unless the product page or a written agreement states otherwise, personalized music is provided under a nonexclusive license for the customer’s personal use, including personal sharing and personal social-media posting.
Commercial release, paid advertising, resale, sublicensing, royalty collection, streaming distribution, monetization, or use on behalf of another business may require separate written permission or licensing terms.
Customers must not submit lyrics, recordings, voice samples, stories, names, or other materials they do not have permission to use.
We do not guarantee exact imitation of a living artist, performer, songwriter, public figure, or other person. We may reject requests intended to deceptively imitate or impersonate another person.
18. Food and Baked Goods
Food products are perishable and must be stored, handled, and consumed appropriately.
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing product descriptions
- Reviewing ingredient and allergen information
- Following storage instructions
- Receiving or collecting orders at the agreed time
- Making purchasing decisions based on their individual dietary needs
Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should contact Gospel Craft Co. before ordering when clarification is needed.
We cannot guarantee that products are appropriate for every individual’s dietary, allergy, or medical needs.
Food, sourdough bread, baked goods, and other perishable products are final sale except when Gospel Craft Co. confirms an incorrect order, qualifying quality defect, or other error covered by our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
19. Shipping, Local Delivery, and Pickup
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping, delivery, and contact information.
Estimated fulfillment, shipping, delivery, or pickup dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing.
Delays may occur because of:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather
- Equipment problems
- Material shortages
- Incorrect customer information
- Payment review
- Proof delays
- Events outside our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for collecting local-pickup orders and being available for agreed local deliveries.
Perishable products that are not collected or received at the agreed time may not qualify for replacement, credit, or refund.
Additional shipping or delivery charges may apply when an order must be sent again because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed delivery, or failure to collect the order.
20. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, store credits, damaged-order claims, and final-sale items are governed by our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
That policy includes, among other conditions:
- A 14-calendar-day return period for eligible physical products
- A five-calendar-day reporting period for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect orders
- Final-sale restrictions for food, digital, custom, personalized, transfer, gift-card, clearance, sale, and promotional purchases
- Prior approval requirements for returns
When these Terms conflict with a product-specific final-sale disclosure, the more specific disclosure will apply to the extent permitted by law.
21. Reviews, Comments, and Other Submissions
When you voluntarily submit a public product review, testimonial, comment, or other public-facing content, you grant Gospel Craft Co. permission to display, reproduce, format, and share that submission in connection with our website and business.
We may remove submissions that contain:
- Private information
- Spam
- False or misleading statements
- Threats or harassment
- Obscene or unlawful content
- Intellectual-property infringement
- Material unrelated to the product or service
We are not obligated to publish every submission.
Private customer messages, personal photographs, and custom-order details will not be treated as marketing testimonials solely because they were provided during an order.
22. Optional and Third-Party Tools
Our website may provide access to services, applications, payment providers, plugins, shipping services, social-media platforms, or other tools operated by third parties.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Gospel Craft Co. does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s independent operation, availability, security, policies, or content.
Use of optional third-party services is at the customer’s discretion.
23. Third-Party Links
Our website or social-media content may include links to third-party websites, ministries, organizations, resources, or services.
Providing a link does not necessarily mean that Gospel Craft Co.:
- Owns the linked service
- Controls the organization
- Has a formal partnership
- Endorses every statement or practice
- Guarantees the service’s availability, quality, safety, or results
Customers should independently review a third party’s information, terms, privacy policy, and qualifications before relying on its services.
24. Privacy
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, submitting information, or placing an order, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers reasonably necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, deliver files, prevent fraud, and provide customer service.
25. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website or its content to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual-property rights
- Submit false or misleading information
- Commit fraud
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Collect another person’s information without authorization
- Scrape or copy website content
- Interfere with website security
- Circumvent purchase restrictions
- Resell restricted digital products or files
- Impersonate another person
- Submit content you are not authorized to reproduce
- Use our products or services for unlawful activity
We may terminate or restrict access for prohibited conduct.
26. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and website services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- Website access will always be uninterrupted
- Every error will be corrected immediately
- Every product will remain available
- All third-party services will function without interruption
- A product will produce a result not expressly promised in its description
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gospel Craft Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, third-party services, customer misuse, unauthorized artwork, improper transfer application, or use of a product outside its intended purpose.
When liability cannot legally be excluded, Gospel Craft Co.’s total liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where a greater remedy is required by law.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or other legally non-excludable conduct.
28. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Gospel Craft Co. harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your unlawful use of the website
- Content or artwork you submitted
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
- Your misuse or unauthorized resale of a product
- False representations concerning your authority to use submitted material
This provision does not require you to indemnify Gospel Craft Co. for Gospel Craft Co.’s own unlawful conduct.
29. Events Beyond Our Control
Gospel Craft Co. is not responsible for a delay or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, power outage, internet outage, carrier disruption, supply shortage, equipment failure, government action, labor disruption, illness, emergency, or interruption of a third-party service.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and complete or appropriately resolve affected orders.
30. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or Gospel Craft Co.
You may stop using the website at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, threatened another person, infringed intellectual-property rights, or misused our services.
Obligations that by their nature should continue after termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, liability limitations, and indemnification—will survive termination.
31. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or removed as necessary. The remaining provisions will remain effective.
32. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the agreement between the customer and Gospel Craft Co. concerning use of the website and purchases through the website.
Product-specific written terms may supplement these Terms. A separate written agreement signed or expressly approved by Gospel Craft Co. may override the applicable portion of these Terms.
34. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction serving Fannin County, Texas.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising consumer rights or filing a claim in another location when applicable law requires otherwise.
35. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, operations, website features, or legal obligations.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Changes apply prospectively after they are posted unless applicable law requires a different procedure.
Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
