MADE NEW
Sometimes we ask God to fix the old life when Jesus is offering us something far greater—new life.
Romans 6:5 reminds us that when we are united with Christ, His death and resurrection change everything. The old doesn't get the final word. Our failures don't get the final word. Even the places that look burned, broken, or beyond repair don't get the final word.
Jesus does.
And where we may only see ashes today, God can already be bringing new life through the soil.
“For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection.” — Romans 6:5 (NASB)
