Freshly baked in Ector, Texas, our Gospel Craft Sourdough is made in small batches with simple ingredients and plenty of patience. Each loaf is naturally leavened with our brown rice flour sourdough starter, then baked to create a crisp, rustic crust with a soft, flavorful center.

Perfect for toast, sandwiches, dipping, or enjoying warm with butter.

Ingredients: Water, unbleached bread flour, whole wheat flour, sourdough starter (water and brown rice flour), and Himalayan pink salt.

Approximate loaf weight: 30 oz. (860 g). Weight may vary slightly because each loaf is handcrafted.

Available for local purchase through our Shopify website with personal delivery, pickup arrangements, and select local markets or events. This product is not available for shipping. Loaf will be freshly baked the day of or before the delivery. 

Please note: Each loaf is baked fresh. The baked-on date and final net weight will be marked on the package.
