Our gang sheet builder cannot automatically convert designs into single-color artwork.

Before submitting your vinyl gang sheet, please make sure:

• Your design is one solid color only
• The background is completely removed and transparent
• All artwork is clean, clear, and ready to cut

Vinyl is cut based on the shape and outline of the uploaded image, regardless of the colors shown in the file. Multiple colors, shadows, gradients, or background elements may affect the final cut.

Your design will be produced exactly as uploaded. Please review your artwork carefully before submitting your order.

Maximum vinyl size: 11.5" × 23.5"

Please upload a clean, high-quality design file. Vinyl works best with simple shapes, bold text, clean lines, and limited-detail artwork. Very tiny details, distressed textures, gradients, shadows, or full-color images may not work well for vinyl cutting. For detailed full-color artwork, please choose our Custom DTF Transfers instead.

Recommended pressing method:

Cotton:

• 300 degrees F for 15 seconds
• Hot peel
• Press again for 15 seconds

Polyester:

• 285 degrees F for 15 seconds
• Hot peel
• Press again for 15 seconds

* Heat presses differ in temp and coverage. Run a test press when possible. If it does not peel the first time correctly, increase time by 5-second intervals.
